PCSX2 freezes when I want to change video plugin settings

Hi guys i have a hugh Problem,
PCSX2 is allways freezing when i want to go settings --> Video (GS) --> Plugin Settings.
Its the only option menu that is allways freezing.
I use PCX2 1.2.1, i just updated the Drivers for my Graphic Card and i have no clue what to do.

If there is anything else you need, pls tell me
