PCSX2 freezing after 5 seconds

Hi everyone!

Thanks for creating this great emulator... I downloaded it. I don't have any game yet, but I'm downloading two right now. I wanted to test it, and it constantly freezes after showing the PS2 animation "Sony Computer Entertainment". Is this because PCSX2 requires a game to go further that animation, or my computer not being powerful enough?

Here's my config:

Windows Vista 64
AMD Sempron Processor 3800+ 2,21 Ghz
RAM: 2 GB (667 Mhz)
Geforce 7200
