PCSX2 is running slowly

Hi everyone,

I'm having a speed issue with pcsx2 on my pc.First of all i've to say that i already used the emulator on my pc and always worked fine,also in FPS terms (not full speed but totally playable).
I've formatted my pc last month,today i re-installed pcsx2 but i had a bad surprise...all games are running at around 5-15 fps
My specs are:
-Intel Core2Quad Q9550 @2.8GHz;
-Nvidia GTX260;
-Windows 7 x64;

Emulation settings (all to default),i've restored them after trying different combination of speed hacks etc,same result;
Plugins:



I've changed them for two hours now trying different combination but without success,i've also tried standard plugin and different speed hacks)
Also with native or LOWER resolution on video plugin,same result with last and standard plugin.

Any ideas on why games are running slow?

@Allfreeware sorry but I'm blind too... either list everything (type it in) or take a better screen shot please. Also as abdo said what game?

Also post the image at one of these sites... so we can see it properly (it would not hurt to post a mirror image too)

Squall meant that if he upgraded he should reinstall an old because the new one might be bugged
