No, the PSU is new and the fan is spinning, I even added another HD and fan to add more load and it didn't have a problem until I play FFX in PCSX2.
Okay, to avoid confusion these are all the things I did to narrow down the problem.
Changed the thermal paste from stock to diamond compound
Swapped the PSU to other PC
Added another hard drive to add more load
Played other games besides the game that I play when the PC shuts down
Tested with Prime 95 and passed ( the CPU temp even rose to 62C and no problem at all ) ( the test I've done was the one which tests RAM and 100% CPU load )
Temperature barely touches 50C when I play games ( all the temps that you can see in Speedfan and HWMonitor pro )
I don't get Blue Screens when it shuts down, it only turns off like it has no power
Is there a known problem with Windows XP 64 bit SP 2 ? I think after I updated the OS to the latest SP 2 the problem began though I'm not very sure with this.
