PCSX2 linux constantly crashing (segmentation faults)
#1
I've finaly managed to run pcsx2 on my ubuntu linux 10.04 32bit, it runs fine but after a few minutes (less than 5) in-game the emulator crashes with a segmentation fault. It happens to every game that I try.

I've already tried disabling cpu/gpu overclocking and it crashes the same way. Disabled speed hacks and it still crashes.

Is there any way I can create a crash error log in order to try solving this issue?

My specs:
CPU: Athlon II x2 240 (@3.7Ghz)
GPU: nVIDIA 8800 GS 384 RAM (latest drivers installed)
RAM: 2gb DDR3 1333

Every other native (or via wine) game works just fine, it only happens with PCSX2.

Thanks in advance!

Same here :-(
When I disable all GS output in "Config/Emulator Settings/GS/Disable all GS output" the PCSX2 doesn't crash. I suspect it must be a zzopengl bug.
I ask there maybe they can give me some help.

Using ZZ Ogl :0.21.212
creating zerogs
Got Doublebuffered Visual!
glX-Version 1.4
Depth 24
you have Direct Rendering!
Using multitexturing
Maximun texture size is 8192 for Tex_2d and 8192 for Tex_NV
Disabling MRT depth writing
Fill bilinear blocks failed!
Creating effects
Creating extra effects
using full shaders
initialization successful
Disabling MRT depth writing
Disabling MRT depth writing

Tried also 210, 211 and ZeroGS 0.96.7 all the same.
Using with gsnull works.

OS: Ubuntu 10.04 32bit
