ok 230 watts appears to be the graphics cards requirements(source)/ 12 volts = 19.17amps so in my opinion it should be ok
Not sure what graphics card you have, it's memory bandwidth,
it's temperature, fan speed, what pixel shader it has
try TechPowerUp's gpu-z

Not sure what your cpu is try cpu-z

I do recommend you try stress testing your system. Try running furmark and superPI or some other CPU and GPU stressing programs at the same time. They won't damage your system, but it should let you know if there is a problem.

Unfortunately, the only real way to check if a power supply is "Good" or not is to hook up a properly configured multimeter into the 12v or to purchase an expensive professional kit that's designed to test them.
