I keep this short. I had a problem where it wasn't using my CPU and no setting would help, but just up your PC and find a switch label slow mode and if that flip up it mean it in well slow mode your PC not using more then like 20% of it so flip that switch down and then test out PCSX2. Sadly it took me six months to find this out, but if this help anyone that good and have fun with it
