VU Cycle Stealing - 3 / max.
MTVU - yes.

(The rest of the Emulation Settings is on default. I think.)

Plugins :

       Adapter : Default Hardware Service
       Renderer : Direct3D9(Software)
       Interlacing (F5) : Auto.
       Texture Filtering : yes

      Extra Rendering Thread : 0.

Thank you for your help.

play it on your real PS2.
Parallels is an emulator, pcsx2 is an emulator.
basically, you're running an emulator inside an emulator, with a weak CPU and a weak GPU.
That won't do it.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
