Maybe something went wrong during the dumping process
Open the bios file in any hex editor, and go to this position 0x35B0
You will see something like this as a text 0200JC20060210
Change J to E

I opened all 5 files in hex editor and when i click search i could not found those lines (i copy and pasted both lines you writed here).
Maby i do something wrong, i use mcboot in memory card, go to file broswer select my pendrive with dumper and after 5 min i turn off console coz nothing else could be done (all 5 files are done in 10 sec).

I have the same issue with my 77001 bios, from what I remember the slim ps2s became universal or something, making them show incorrect language. However the browser is in the current language you dumped it as

You can't find that with a search,go to that address(it's shown on the left side of your hex editor)

try this

address is 0007FF00

so find this
30 32 32 30 4A 43 32 30 30 36 30 39 30 35 0A 00

replace with this
30 32 32 30 45 43 32 30 30 36 30 39 30 35 0A 00

just changes the 4A to a 45 to make it a E
