Looks like steam is about to release a "remote local multiplayer" feature in about 2 weeks (OCT 21st), where basically one player runs/hosts a game, the game is streamed in real time to up to 3 other players (who don't need to own the game, or with PCSX2 - don't need to have it installed), and their input (i guess KB, joypads, etc) is transmitted back to the host of the game.
Sounds pretty neat. I wonder how well this will work for PCSX2, if at all.
