What is EIST? MTVU is enabled.

I use this one:

EIST = Intel Speedstep http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SpeedStep

Some BIOS's just call it EIST

EIST was on AUTO. I disabled it but no work.

At the slowdowns, both GS% and EE% are around 90%, switching form 85 - 95.

edit:

atleasty Burnout Revenge is working now. NHL Hitz Pro still in Slow Motion.
