Hello forum people.
I went to try to play The Punisher in PCSX2, but the emulator can't handle 60 fps at all, so the game is in slow motion. Even trying to run in the native resolution of the PS2, the FPS does not stabilize.
I've tried activating speed hacks, putting it in aggressive mode, I've tried changing the API to Vulkan, DX11, DX12 and still the game runs like crap.
Maybe my machine is too old for this emulator?
I'm using the latest build Nightly Build v1.7.4229
My PC: i7 3770, RX 580 4 GB, and 16 GB Ram.
