[PCSX2 v1.0 / v 0.9.8] Persona 4 EE crash
#1
Hi, not certain whether this is a bug or my faulty doing at this point so posting it here first. Since, it's probably the later.

After a blimey start on Persona 4 the EE crashes (or loops, see log bellow) eight days in, always at the same moment, the loading screen before entering school.

Short version of the log: (The longer version just has the Load, Load Store sequence repeated a zillion times.)
Code:
EE pc:00477990) TLB Miss, addr=0xc [load]

My specifications:
CPU Intel i5-3570K 3,4Ghz
Nvidea GeForce 660
16Gb Ram at 1300
Running Windows 7 64 bit

Tried the following the solve itSadIn both 1.0 and 0.9.8)
  • Run on Preset 1 | Direct X 9 Soft @ 1* ,2* , 3* and Native Scalling. Weave TTF/BBF Blob TTF/BBF and Blend TFF/BFF Interlacing. EE Fix on and off. Persona Fix on and off.
  • Run on Custom Default EE/VU/GS | Direct X 9 Soft/Hard and Direct X 11 Hard @ 3* and Native Scalling. Weave BBF and Blend BFF Interlacing. EE Fix on and off, Persona Fix on and off. No speed hack and EE hack at 1 and VU at 0.

So, anyone with any idea as to what's going wrong? Or suggestions for alternative settings?

Try re-making your iso using imgburn.

OS: Linux Mint 17.2 64 bit (occasional Antergos/Arch user)
(I am no longer a Windows user)

Thank you, giving that a go as we speak. Will report back on that tomorrow.

the TLB Miss can mean or that your cheats are wrong or indeed a faulty rip.

The new ISO solved it (Or at least, so far.). Thank you for the help!
