PCSX2 wiki
#61
i just created an account here, if i start using the emulator frequently ill try to add stuffs to the wiki, could be fun. chances are ill forget about it in a few weeks, school takes up most of my time. Screen shots would be the easiest thing to provide. It looks like that section is lacking.

hope people are still active here, looks like this thread stopped when it started in september...

This would be greatly appreciated! I'm sorry to say that the whole PCSX2 community is quite inactive (especially as of late). Even I cannot find the time to attend to it myself. Sad
(but I'll definitely play some games later and add something to the wiki)

Just btw, we devs are just really busy with everything, else I'd help push the wiki a bit.
The community isn't particularly slow either, just not that interested in the wiki (yet).
Keep maintaining it, and it'll work one day Tongue2

Yeah, thanks for being this positive about it. I know you're busy, and I would never expect one of you wasting your time here. Your free time is much more valuable for the project than for this. The wiki will work one day, it just needs 2 or 3 right guys to work on it, that's all. Or maybe it'll never work and that's not so bad either. I'd better see some guys joining dev ranks so that PCSX2 will flood with activity again.

Thanks, but you don't have to do it if your time would be better spend elsewhere. This project is just for fun. And if you're having fun editing it that's the reason for it to work.
Ahh, and remember not to use rich editor while editing. To disable it just click on 'source' button in edit window (or disable it in your acc settings). This so-called rich editor is some additional pain from wikia. :-\

OK, since I already have a PS2 game to tinker with (Strawberry Shortcake: the Sweet Dreams Game to be exact Tongue), I decided to add some info on it, as the folks here haven't thought of testing a rather underappreciated children's game.

Thanks. I thought of giving that game a spin on the emu as it appears that no one bothered on testing it. Sure, parents of little girls who want to play the game may not be able to spend time dumping the BIOS and setting up PCSX2 so their daughter can play it, but who knows? I'm sure that there are 1337 mums and dads out there, right?
