PCSX2 won't load my games

So recently I was going to be playing some Persona 4 on the PCSX2 emulator, and when I clicked on the icon/box art for the game it doesn't load. When I tried fast booting it doesn't load, the only thing happening is the menu/main menu flickering and nothing happens. When I checked my renderer setting I found nothing wrong, so I did some changing and for some reason when I picked vulkan of all settings it loads. Is this a new bug for the developer build?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
