Just built a new PC and decided on how PCSX2 will run on it, program loads but when I try to load the Disc it won't go past the opening PS logo and then the program freezes. Any help would be welcome thanks.
PC Specs: Intel I7-6700k @4.00GHZ MSI Z170A M5 32 GB Ram DDR4 @3200MHz Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 FTW Windows 10 Pro

Could you provide the content of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs ? The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Any help would be welcome thanks. PS2 logo sounds like you are using full boot. Try using fast boot instead. Also, if you are loading from the actual disc you may want to consider ripping an image with imgburn. Desktop:
