PCSX2 won't start

Just installed PCSX2 1.4.0 Downloaded from here: https://pcsx2.net/download/releases/windows.html Also installed Visual C++ 2015 x86 Redistributable (Installed both the x64 and x86 versions). Everytime I try to start PCSX2 though, I get an error: "Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling PCSX2, uninstalling and reinstalling Visual C++ 2015 x86 Redistributable. I've restarted my computer. I also completely disabled my anti malware (BitDefender Total Security 2018) during the install and while trying to run PCSX2. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I have VC++ 2005 (32bit only), VC++ 2008, VC++ 2010, VC++ 2012, VC++ 2013, VC++ 2015, VC++ 2017 installed on my emulation PC (also on my gaming PC due to older games needing other ones)

I am not sure exactly which ones are specifically required for PCSX2.

Also this error can be caused by .net framework so I would make sure that is up to date as well.
