It looks like you didn't choose input nor output at all, just copied the code and clicked convert >.>. Omniconvert doesn't set that automatically, soo you need to change it before it'll correctly convert anything. Click the input menu and select Action Replay-> MAX, then click the output menu and choose Unencrypted -> Standard then it'll convert ArMAX cheats into raw ones which you need.

In the future, if you get a different kind of codes, like codebreaker, gameshark or something, make sure to select proper version of codes you wish to convert in omniconvert input menu.

You should set "unencrypted->standard" as output, not unencrypted ARMax as you did >.>...

The code for supplies looks like it just changes the amount of item decrease while used to 0, meaning it shouldn't decrease the amount of them, but if you have none to begin with it'll not give you any.

This time you converted that code correctly, soo if it doesn't work, it only mean you missunderstood what it does or it simply doesn't work. I wouldn't know as I'm not the author of that cheat nor I have that game to check.

I also am having problems converting the codes properly....

I have "told" omniconvert to convert using the exact steps you outlined on page 1, to no avail. I am also using the updated version of your software (i.e. PCSXCE2).

I tried what you said, vsub, it didn't work....same problem as before

The codes Vsub posted are what you posted, just already converted to raw and then pnach format. Ones you posted weren't raw at all, only raw there is a part of the game's name;P, they're ARMAX. You need to convert from ARMAX to raw/unencrypted in omniconvert before using them in this program. Omniconvert doesn't "detect" code format, you need to set input/output manually from the list.
Each game version requires different codes, soo if you tried those above and they didn't work(as your post could be understood also that you tried to use the program to format already formatted codes and seeing no difference announced some general "doesn't work" reply...O.o), find different ones released for same game version you have.
