[PLEASE HELP] Dragonball Z-Infinite World is stuck at 50% of fps, (30fps)

So basically, when I start my game its at full FPS.
This continues with the developing companies' logos until the starting trailer/clip of the game gets on the game. After that point all the game is in 50% of fps :/
It only goes back to full at the loading screen.
Turbo doesn't help ( when I press tab ).

For my specs:
64 bit OS, Win 10
16.0 GB RAM
Intel Core i7-7500U CPU 2.70GHz  2.90GHz

I'm using Nvidia's GEFORCE GTX 950m...(and enabling it in the settings ).

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Im using the "ISO" option to load up my game.
DBZ Infinite World is the only game I have and the only one I'm trying to play.
Here are the contents from "opening plugins" to the end, its really long so I only took this section, I closed it after 5 seconds after skipping the trailer short movie ( basically 5secs after the FPS drop from 100% to 50%).
