Uh.... so what problem do you have? What game? What settings?

There's no "needed" configuration, I can suggest you use a Direct3D10/11 (hardware) renderer and use whatever scaling resolution your video card and game can handle without slowdown.

Other than that just check the configuration guide:

And if you have a problem please do mention it so we can try to help Tongue2

against goesgaeno when tidus first is in spira, characters are facing the wrong way
i have fog in the music when fighting fires and the image is slowing down a bit
For the inversed characters try setting the EE/VU round modes to nearest or negative.

What do you mean by "fog in the music"?
What do the EE/GS% numbers in the game window say when you get slowdowns?

For the inversed characters i put negative and the problem solved thanks
fog in the music = the music play slowely
EE:96~100% GS:30~40%
The music will run slow if the game is running slow.
What kind of FPS do you have when the music is slow?

High EE% when the FPS is low can indicate a bottleneck from your CPU.
Try some Speedhacks. Use the "preset" options on the bottom if you're not sure how or what to use.
FPS when the music is slow 40

i put preset in 3 balanced the problem is solved but the problem of inversed characters appear again
Untick the "presets" checkbox and just set the round mode again (don't change other settings).
