i am confused in which 2 buy to play PS2 on my PC (with PCSX2)

which better of these vga cards:
ati hd 3870/ati hd 4750/

OR
nvidia 9500 gt/nvidia 9400 gt/nvidia 8600 gt

all i want is to order it as (Descending Order) from the best to the worst
