PNACH files loading but cheats won't work (t)

hello! I have a problem loading the cheats for the fatal frame game, since the emulator loads the cheats but they do not work in the game, I have checked the .pnatch and I think it is fine, here I leave my log and the .pnatch if anyone wants help

I recommend to create the PNACH manually and decrypt the GameHacking.org codes by yourself with omniconvert.
This is because GH assign a wrong encryption input for the codes, thus butchering the decryption when you save it as PNACH or other formats.
Also master codes (M) aren't needed by PCSX2 (but you do need it when decrypting Action Replay v1 codes)
