Just doing a quick lookup on this model (1.2-GHz Celeron M, Integrated Intel 855GM using main memory, 256MB of DDR266 SDRAM).
it appears to be to slow to run pcsx2 and there is not much you can do, the computer is just to outdated and doesn't look like it was made to run games in the first place. maybe you should consider upgrading to a new Intel pc.

So you mean that the ps2 software will run but the game will be too slow, am I correct?

Yes, it does have SSE2. Pentium M 1.6GHz (400MHz bus, SSE2)

but it'll be unplayable

Oh, I see. I'm planning to play FFxII or Fatal Frame but I guess the only thing to do is to buy a PC ... By the way can you send me a good specs in order for PS2 emu to run smoothly? Thanks in advance.

CPU: Any Sandy Bridge @ 2.5 Ghz and up, even if it is Celeron.
GPU: Radeon HD x6xx or GeForce x4x and up.
