PS2 cant detect USB-drive

I have a USB-drive formatted to FAT-32 as a MBR but my PS2 (slim) can not detect it. I have copied the dumper as SWAPMAGIC in a folder called the same and DUMPBIOS-MASS like in the video-tutorial. I couldnt find other threads about this problem so I hope someone can help me with it.
