what is your GPU ?
keep in mind your CPU can be a bit weak for demanding parts (especially in software mode)

Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 RAM : 16 Go

Iirc ogl renderer fixes it. But it may hammer your GPU if you push internal res too high...
