PS3 broken after using SCP toolkit

I tried to follow the tutorial but when I restarted my PC when I connect my PS3 with the charger, why did it have the name of "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I tried to uninstall the driver restart pc, still not working. I tried to use the Clean Wipe Utility and my PS3 Controller still have that name. Is there a way to fix this?

I follow multiple tutorial, one doesn't work then I retry another tutorial so I don't know which one. Also this is way back ago but i still have a list of the video I watched

I think it's because scp toolkit can't recognize the gamepad connected through a charger.
