Have u tried the Playstation 2 (POV, Joysticks, Analog, Triggers) mode?!? Cause u're trying to play a Playstation 2 game but using the PS3 settings. That might be an issue there

When u use the Joysticks, it shouldn't really matter that much I think, cause afaik u still could walk or whatever heh. But otherwise I wouldn't know what it could be.

Are your settings like mine in PCSX2? I'm using LilyPad. Make sure it says the
thing I circled in red and configure it like normal.

It seems that you might need to update your drivers... Uninstall and re-install MotioninJoy: http://www.motioninjoy.com/
