PS4 controller input lag

I just installed the emulator recently, and everything works great! My only issue is there is roughly a quarter second delay when I press a button and X action occurs. Any way I can fix this?

Thank you for your reply. I installed the dev build, but (excuse my noobness), I don't know what the mtgs queue is exactly. I've been messing around with the settings, but still getting the same results...
