Not to mention that it's a mobile apu and 3.1ghz is with turbo boost, which it will never hit when running pcsx2.

Sounds like a buffer overflow/memory leak or overheating issue. Actually you have a strange size of installed ram (7.4GB)... Don't know if that is due to the OS or if you really have a combination of odd ram-modules in your pc.

Change your SPU2-X output module from XAudio2 to something else like PortAudio or DirectSound, this happens on some peoples computers for some reason.
