you haven't selected a device properly, on the configure screen for it, try selecting Device 2 or Device 1

int he SPU2-X config, click "Configure" under the output module part (like you did to turn exclusive mode on) then it should be in there. It will actually be 2 drop downs, make sure the left one says WASAPI and the right one says 'Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)'
if that doesnt work, try changing the left one to "DirectSound"

The sound works but I hear a little fuzz in the background.

Anyway, I found out that only my Dark Cloud, Persona 4 and .Hack// ISO's are working. I tried Digimon Data Squad and it did the not repsonding thing again
