can anyone use this tool to make a patch for the game need for speed hot pursuit,and high stakes?

Those games don't already have widescreen cheats because the generic method simply doesnt work with them. Only part of what you see onscreen is actually 3D, so for instance in High Stakes A70B3C68 10000400 will sort of convert the vehicles into "eye infinity" format as they are 3D objects but theres no way of getting the background to change accordingly - at least not with the generic method.
