In my opinion, the Ehrgeiz engine is very similar to the Tekken 3 engine. Perhaps this is the same engine with some differences.

its split into 2 parts, a quest and a god bless the ring mode. I was never able to find a quest code. I was at best able to get a character model deformation code for quest mode.
Mortal Kombat Trilogy
Since in the frames framebuffer of this game are located horizontally, I tried to increase the rendering area (up to 384x240), puting both frames to each other. As a result, the picture is not fully rendered. With the backgrounds everything is clear, since they are designed for a resolution of 320x240. But the scrolling background does not want to be fully displayed. Probably, something else limits the rendering area.

So I was wondering if anyone could give me a little hint...I was messing around with DBGT Final Bout and found 2 Zoom adressess, two horizontal FOV adresses and one vertical zoom address. However any change I make to them is reverted once the match ends.
Does anyone have any idea on how to tackle this? If anyone has the game and can check it out, these are the Cheat Engine addresses: 00AB9C44 Zoom 00AC7550 Zoom 2 00AC7540 Horizontal FOV 00AC74D0 Second Horizontal FOV address 00AC74D8 Vertical FOV (08-31-2017, 01:40 AM)Goshorai Wrote: So I was wondering if anyone could give me a little hint...I was messing around with DBGT Final Bout and found 2 Zoom adressess, two horizontal FOV adresses and one vertical zoom address. To do this, find the value "50532D5820455845" in the memory area that is available for recording (highlighted in black). Then subtract "0xB070" from the received address. So you get the address of the beginning of the PSX RAM. Add to this address "0x200000" and you get the end of PSX memory addressing. In this range you should to scan.

Can these widescreen codes be used on a PS2 with the original PS1 game? With codebreaker?
Thanks
