Apply using armips and have the SLUS_005.78 file in the same folder as the patch. SLUS_005.78 can be obtained with CDMage. Once the patch is applied the modified SLUS_005.78 file will be in the same folder as the patch. Insert the modifed SLUS_005.78 file into the ISO with CDMage
