PSS files and WIN10

I'm trying to open PSS files (and get audio) is there any way to do that with pcsx2 ?

Not with PCSX2, however they can be converted to MP4 using two tools.

PSS Demux can split PSS videos into video and audio, then use EncodeHD to convert the video into MP4. After that it's as simple as using a video editor to combine the audio and the converted video.
