Any way to play ps2 pal games at 60 fps? Like dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 2...

there you have lots of links to tutorials to make widescreen patches
making 60 fps patches are based on the same idea, you just have to find the good value to modify.
Keep in mind it may not be possible for every game, though

Also keep in mind that depending on what is tied to framerate changing it to 60 might break things. For example if the physics engine is expecting things to go at one speed and now it is twice as fast things tend to act strangely. If key animations are tied to having a certain framerate then animations could break. Music or dialog could break along with cutscenes (if rendered in game). So changing a frame rate often requires changing other values to fix what the higher framerate breaks.

I didn't even knew this was possible? That's really mindblowing considering that PAL games were designed to be run in 50 fps.

I never said that the TV in Europe were bigger than the ones in the US or Japan. But still, it's rather something that PAL games could run in 60 fps.
