after trying many different SVN versions, and even the 1.0.0 version with a mariad of different plugins, i still am unable to play this game properly, the bar at the top that tells me which buttons to press in time with the music disapears alot to the point where i have to literally guess which ones to hit, i have tried Software mode on the GSDX plugin, but it only works on one stage and totally blanks out the button/rythym bar on every other stage, making the game pretty much impossible to play.

using the hardware mode on GSDX causes the button/rythym bar at the top to be missing for about 1/4 to sometimes 1/2 of the stages.

i checked the compatability list and it says its 100% working, and used the settings and the build described for it, it still does not work 100%.

any way to fix this problem once and for all?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

all i can find from using the console window with the Emulator is that its an NTSC version, game Software version is 1.00, the ELF i get is SCUS_971.67;1, i dont know if thats the ID you are after?

Try setti g gsdx enxtra render threads to 3 and press f9 as you're playing

that works much better now, although i have a black box in the top left hand side of the emu window, its better than not being playable at all, thanks!
