Pcsx2 0.9.8 config

Hello Guys

I've seen many configuration in this version
and its make me confuse
so I try to ask from this forum to get some advice

Uhhmm... I'm playing Persona 4 but i got some slowdown
like in yukiko boss fight
please help me to get rid of this slowdowns and maintain a good fps (55-60fps)

My specs

OS: Windows 7
Processor: Intel Core i3-2310m @ 2.10Ghz 2.10Ghz
RAM: 3GB
VC: Intel HD Ghrapics Family 1.3GB

that intel HD is holding your back there is no way to improve it as you run Per-4

some speedhacks, setting gsdx internal res to native, or maybe using gsdx software mode may help a bit.
but since your CPU is 2.10 ghz only, better keep playing P4 on your actual PS2 until you can get a better rig...
