Pcsx2 Has Encountered a Problem Freeze

ATI Radeon 4850
4Gb RAM

Latest Pcsx2 BETA and Latest Gdsx.

Whenever I play Budokai 3 in Battle its sometimes crashes, why?

Where can I find a GDSX Plugin that supports DX10, the latest one?

does it also crash with your cpu clocked at stock speeds? any errors or warnings in the console window/emulog.txt?
