Pcsx2 Screen is Grainy

Hi y'all, 

I've been having some issues with the games being run by pcsx2, the games that are being emulated look grainy and after some time my eyes start to feel a bit strained

   

   

Is there anyway I could fix this issue?

i5 5300U @ 2.30GHz
12.0GB DDr3
Intel HD Graphics 5500

I think you can press F7 until it goes away.

if not in the GSDX config go to "Shader Configuration" at the bottom and change the TV shader to none
