You should be getting much better FPS...make sure VSync is OFF in your graphics card drivers. Also try posting your whole PCSX2 configuration along with plugins used (and their config) here

Just tried turning vsync off and that didn't help either. Here is my ini files

kfchow: Inis don't help much, am I supposed to remember by heart what renderer=3 is in GSdx? Tongue Take a screenshot of your GSdx config window and of Config->CPU in PCSX2

I just compared your gsdx.ini to mine, and they are identical. Except, mine has "upscale_multiplier=1" between "AspetRatio" and "windowed". Your's doesn't even have that line.

The pcsx2.ini was completely indentical.
