Pcsx2 dont start

I downloaded the pcsx2 but dont Start , "API ms win crt runtime l1 1 0.dll" , i Google it and everyone say that Is the DirectX , but i have the DirectX 11 instaled , win 7 , i5 4gb ram ,thanks

Run this odds are you don't have all of the directx 9 libraries installed if you have not played a bunch of PC games that installed them.
