problem is pcsx2 team has better things to do (improving source code, linux/win32 builds) than wasting time on an android port.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

Android /mobile is the future of gaming. And a lot of money can be made from it like FPse is doing with its PSX android port. Even PPSSPP has a gold version to buy and support. I bought both from play store. PCSX2 can be major hit on android.

I play PC and mobile games. Right now Dragon age Inquisition and soon Witcher 3 on my R9 290X on Win7-64.

My son loves Teenage mutant ninja turtles (PCSX2) Biggrin I wish he can soon play it on a mobile too. I will happily contribute $150 on his behalf for developing a port for android. Small amount but that I have.

No phone in existence will run a PS2. It's not happening.

HTC 10 coming next month has Adreno 530 [DX12 (feature level 12.1)] and 4 GB of RAM. That is more than recommended PC specs of PCSX2.

The recommended specs of PCSX2 are out of date as hell IMO

Gaming Rig: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.8Ghz | GTX 1070 TI | 32GB RAM | 960GB(480GB+480GB RAID0) SSD | 2x 1TB HDD

So the Kryo CPU at up to 2.2 GHz is more than recommended?

Well technically, Kryo quad core with Adreno 530 is as powerful as a dual core Intel E5400 (enhanced) with Radeon HD 6450 GPU. Quite powerful for a mobile device. I am sure any PS2 title would run great on such hardware.

pcsx2 hasn't been made to make money. I know it sounds weird for Indians, but it's a fact.
It's basically more for technical challenge.

I suggest you keep an eye on Play! since it'll better suit your needs
