Pcsx2 settings help!

Hi! I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M with intel 620 graphics and quad core 2.50 GHz

The main game I REALLY want to play is ratchet and clank

I have pcsx2 1.4.0 with the latest build downloaded and I have mipmapping enabled with a preset 2 speed hack. The game will run good and then randomly turn to slow motion! How do I fix this? Is this fixable?

By getting better pc\laptop
The game is one of those that require high end cpu...even on cpu with 2200stp(mine)it runs slow sometimes.
