Pcsx2 tales of the abyss settings

So i recently decided to use a ps2 emulator because my ps2 is dying. I ripped my tales of the abyss game onto the pc and the game runs ok but not exactly optimal. Here are my specs.

Windows 7
6.00gb ram
Intel R core TM 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00Ghz 3.00Ghz
Nvidia GE Force GTS 250 1gb ddr3

I tried running with a 1920X1080 resoultion with some speed hacks and it runs ok but when i get to the open world map it lags whenever i turn the camera

ToA is quite high-demanding game.
use VU cycle stealing at LV-2 but expect false reading.
set clamp mode to "none"
and optional set Gsdx to "native"
alternately read saiki's mini guide even though your PC is already decent one.

thanks this really works with and the game runs really smoothly right now. I have it running at 1920X1080 internal custom res. will this setup work with all games or do each one have to be configured a tad differently? also does the X # resolution look better than my 1920X1080? thank you

Do not mess with the clamp or round mode options in this game.
Wrong clamping settings will give you the olde SPS on characters and wrong round modes will break some puzzles in the game.

try using direct3d9 more on the world map if i recall it helps with the rotate lag
