Perfomance and glitches PES 2014

I play every game I've ever tested without problems, even the heaviest games like Black and Shadow Of The Colossus. However playing PES 2014 (which I think MUCH better than the current ones) has a lot of stuterring and glitches, especially in the hair of the players. Is there anything you can do? Or is this a problem of the original game?

My settings:

i3 9100F
RX 580 4GB
Windows 10

API DirectX 11 and 1080p Resolution

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
