For some reason I have been trying to run Steambot Chronicles and it seems that the FPS fluctuates between 189-9 FPS. I changed some settings thinking it would help but for some reason it did not do much but give me about 1-3 fps or even less. From what I have seen the CPU is what gives you the most performance but I may be wrong.

Graphics Card - Intel Graphics 3000
CPU - Intel i3-2370M CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM - 4 GB
OS - Windows 8.1
189-50 FPS (On Menus)
21-9 (In Game)
Any suggestions to fix my performance issues?
(I used *snip* or otherwise known as *snip* BIO's download)
Because I may have some outdated plugins as the video was made Aug 2013
