Ah, crap. No wonder it runs better, I have XP and you have Vista...I'm still not ready to move to Vista yet...I know my GeForce 9600GT is DX10 capable but...I haven't heard the nicest things about Vista (such as UAC causing certain programs not to work unless you know how to turn it off, hardware incompatabilities and other such issues; whether they still hold true to this day or not is beyond me). If people can assure me it'll work fine with the software/hardware I have, I MIGHT consider getting it.

CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz
RAM: 2048MB DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz (PC2 6400)
OS: Windows XP Home SP3 32-bit
GPU: PNY GeForce 9600GT 512MB GDDR3 (DX10 capable)
Audio: Realtek 5.1 HD (onboard)
Mobo: Asus P5N-D

Try to use zerogs. With GSDX I have ~10fps , with zerogs it 45-50fps in PAL and 50-60 in NTSC

Thanks, I will try. I generally try not to use zerogs because it's waaaaay far from perfect )

Vista isn't worth moving to just because of dx10 and/or pcsx2 Smile

@nintendo85
At the beginning vista just su**** really.
But today it works great if you have enough RAM and a good CPU
I NEVER had any problems/bugs/issus with win vista.

Just realised that pcsx2 0.9.6 even runs modded games xD e.g. DBZ Budokai After Future.
Great Work !

Hate to bump this up, but I tried the settings suggested in this thread. With EE x3 enabled the FPS says 60fps but it feels more like 20fps. Anyone else has this problem?

The game runs well only on dx10.
