other than the ghosting 1653 w/ gsdx runs soul calibur 3 fantastically on my pc with no speed hacks or frame skipping.

Its the pal version.

Yeah, just get rid of ghosting and broken textures and it will be sweeeeeeeet, Oh and i have broken insane slow ingame menu .. and i am preetty sure it was ok at the beggining, maybe speedhacks cause?

Yeah it's been mentioned man, it's not a deal breaker like the ghosting IMO. Only occurs on their hair and the odd monacle Tongue2

Bositman i posted it already several times(last time - post above yours Tongue), tried many gsdx,betas andd settings, its definetlly bug which is not corrected atm.

hard to tell without any info about the betas and settings you tried. if enabled disable "allow 8-bit textures" for gsdx.

Actually I found a solution to the SPS, don't use microVU and disable VU0rec. You'll get a speed hit but at least with my PC I still get good speeds Wink

MicroVU and 8-bit textures i tried already, gonna try Vo rec now ;p

Yeah VO rec is really the cause .. so much conifigs tried and such easy solution
Actualy did such test with tekken5 but not with SC, thanks Bositman.

So actualy with high end very powerfull PC SC3 is completly playable without bugs.Just to have such Tongue2

That's not the worst part: the first costume of Raphael and Zasalamel slow down the emulator to a crawl, and for Yoshimitsu, PCSX2 freezes. So yeah, SPS is really a minor defect in comparison. Wink
