Performance problem

I'm having performance problem. When i run game on default pcsx2 settings, i get about 10-30% speed. I have tried a lot of settings but can't get the speed over 30% for some reason.

My setup:

CPU: i7-6700K 4.2GHz 4-core/8-Threads
GPU: ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 970 1253 MHz 4GB GDDR5
RAM: 8GB DDR4
OS: Windows 10 PRO

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Tried Mercenaries: POD using iso file

Skylake CPUs have a few issues with PCSX2 right now that are trying to be resolved; but I can't remember if they're fixed in the Git builds.
