Periodic Black Flicker
#1
The program is working great for me but for this one problem...In every game there is a black flicker that occurs every 10 seconds or so. This effect isn't present in GSdx 890 0.1.14 SSE2.

Operating System is Windows Vista 64 bit ultimate.
"Color Scheme" is set to Windows Classic.

Hardware:
Athlon II x3 Rana 450 3.2GHz No overclock
Radeon HD 6670 754 MB 800 MHz No overclock

It's already set to "use application settings"
If you're referring to switching Tessellation Mode to "use application settings", then yes, I did try that.

How about disable "wait for vsync on refresh" and "dynamically toggle vsync..." on gs window on PCSX2?

As mentioned above, "Wait for vsync on refresh" is set to off(unchecked).
"Dynamically toggle vsync..." is also unchecked.

If you setup a profile for PCSX2, delete it. I have had those become corrupted before with CCC
Intel Core i5-8600K @ 4.5 GHz
GeForce GTX 1080 SC2 Stock
ASRock Z370 Taichi LGA 1151 mobo
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB 2400 DDR4 RAM
SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB PCIe SSD
Indigo Xtreme Thermal Interface Material

No profile..just the main system settings. Also, I'm finding this same issue popping up with gamecube games in the Dolphin emulator as well...a black flicker periodically. It happens with both DirectX and OpenGL there. I don't recall this happening in any application outside these two.

I found a post on the dolphin forums(from this month oddly enough) from someone having the same issue. They uploaded a video of it. This is exactly the same issue that I'm having in Dolphin and PCSX2 alike.
